Cyber Disruption Planning Workshop
In this one-day workshop, we review impactful cyber disruptions and how affected organizations did or did not weather the event. We also review the Cyber Disruption Planning Framework which talks about the critical roles needed to be filled during a disruptive event. Lastly, we review the loss-based planning and risk management approach which removes threat identification bottlenecks that can stall risk management efforts. At the conclusion of the workshop, attendees are ready to begin their Cyber Disruption Planning efforts!
